Sena Clara Creston's Plasticola will be at the Maker Faire Bay Area 2026 September 25th - 27th.
Plasticola is an illuminated interactive wave sculpture that responds to approaching viewers by changing light patters from a clam blue to an agitated red. It is built from familiar discarded plastic water bottles and shopping bags to relate my viewers to their contribution to this angry environment. Plasticola is a transformative environment that ask the viewer to support the environment they wish to perpetuate.
